Vin Rouge is our homage to the traditional French red blend, crafted from the very first grapes harvested from our home vineyard. This elegant wine is a blend of 50% Cabernet Franc, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. Each varietal was meticulously fermented and aged separately in French barrels for two years before being blended and bottled. The result is a medium-style red wine with refined aromatics and smooth, supple tannins. This wine was bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Some sediment will form over time.
