3. Shipping Policy
Rienzi Estate Vineyard & Winery LLC ships wine only within Pennsylvania. Orders outside Pennsylvania will be canceled and refunded. All deliveries require an adult 21+ with valid government-issued ID to sign.

4. Order Acceptance and Refusal
Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. If payment is processed and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund promptly.
