Returns and Cancellations
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that arrives damaged, is flawed, or is otherwise unsatisfactory. To process a replacement, we ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle. Due to legal restrictions, we can only accept returns of alcoholic beverages that are corked or otherwise flawed. We are unable to accept returns for wine damaged by weather during shipment or for orders placed in error. To initiate a return for a corked or flawed bottle, please email us at info@rienziwinery.com. Once we receive the returned wine, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the cost of the wine, minus any shipping and handling fees. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling. Please note: A 15% restocking fee applies to all canceled orders.
