One of the harder variety's to grow in Pennsylvania due to its late ripening. This varietal driven Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of cola with flavors of dark fruit & coco. Will only get better with age. Drink now, but has the potential to age for many years.
For optimal tasting allow wine to decant for 10-15 minutes prior to consuming in order for wine to open up and show its full varietal expression. This wine was bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Some sediment will form over time.
