Silver medal winner at the 2025 Libations Mid Atlantic Wine Challenge! One of the harder variety's to grow in Pennsylvania due to its late ripening. This varietal driven Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of cola with flavors of dark fruit & coco. Will only get better with age. Drink now, but has the potential to age for many years.
For optimal tasting allow wine to decant for 10-15 minutes prior to consuming in order for wine to open up and show its full varietal expression. This wine was bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Some sediment will form over time.
