2023 Cabernet Sauvignon
Awarded Silver at the 2025 Libation Mid Atlantic Wine Challenge and Bronze at the 2025 National Small Producer Wine Invitational! One of the harder variety's to grow in Pennsylvania due to its late ripening. This varietal driven Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of cola with flavors of dark fruit & coco. Will only get better with age. Drink now, but has the potential to age for many years.
Perfect Pairings: This bold Cabernet Sauvignon is the ideal companion for grilled ribeye steak, roasted root vegetables, aged cheddar, or hearty beef stew. Its rich tannins and dark fruit flavors stand up beautifully to robust, savory dishes.
Ideal Occasions: Perfect for Sunday dinners with family, special celebrations, or cozy evenings by the fire. This wine elevates any meal into a memorable experience.
Serving Recommendations: Serve at 60-65°F (slightly below room temperature). For optimal tasting, allow wine to decant for 10-15 minutes prior to consuming in order for wine to open up and show its full varietal expression.
What to Expect: Full-bodied with firm tannins and a smooth finish. You'll discover layers of cola, dark cherry, and cocoa that develop beautifully in the glass. This wine was bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Some sediment will form over time.
Bottles Produced: 1,700
