Aromas of freshly baked bread and oak nuances add depth and elegance. Made from fully ripe fruit, the wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation, carefully halted to preserve its fresh, natural acidity. Aged on lees for added complexity, it spends time in 20% new French oak barrels, with the remainder in neutral oak, resulting in a beautifully balanced wine.
